RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS by which all members must agree to be bound .
Check Here Periodically as rules may be changed without notice where in the best interest of the fishery . . .
- 1) No Barbed or “Bent” hooks .Micro-Barb OK. No Nut baits. No fixed leads, no controversial rigs. . .
- 2) NIGHT FISHING ALLOWED after signing a separate undertaking . Permission granted on a per-instance basis.
- 3) keep your tackle tidy or covered at all times
- 4) Always bring and use an unhooking mat - you will need it . Landing nets to be min., 30” wide
- 5. Obstructed swim ? Cut tree branches tidily & close to trunk . Pls cut up and stack for burning.
- 6) ESSENTIAL - dip your landing net nd boots in the disinfectant bins by the boathouse BEFORE fishing.
- 7) No fires, no radios, no litter whatsoever , ( incl., cigarette ends)
- 8) You MUST notify me ( BY TEXT on 0796 8928 678 .) when intending to fish .
- 8a) JUST TEXT ME to say you are going & state when and preferred peg.
- 9) I will inform you of any relevant information that may affect your trip by return & before you set out !
- 10) Carp Sacks STRICTLY FORBIDDEN upon this property on threat of permit revokation YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
- 11) Please DO NOT fish in an adjacent peg to any angler who is already fishing - without their permission
- 12) 2011 Max., two rods sorry - advice for fish safety from 2 other professionl fishery owners.
- 13) Members to attend minimum of 6 half-day working parties per year. Miss 3 consecutive - Permit Suspended
- 14) Please ask before breaking down any vegetation.- many plants planted by owner. Tree Branches at yo
- 15) The owner accepts no liability for any losses due to acts of god / adverse weather
- 16) It is mandatory that anglers wear Green / Brown / Dark clothing. Please observe !
- 17) No commercial vehicles allowed on the roadside car-park . Pls pull just inside paddock gate
- 18) IF SEE LITTER (including cigarette ends): You must firstly PICK IT UP, secondly CALL ME & COMPLAIN .
- 19) TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED - please call me if problem
- 20) Members must purchase Fish Feed when asked to do so - 2x per nnum.
- 21) The Common Law of England & Wales shall apply to any matter not covered in specific terms by this agreement.
- 22) REVERSE INTO CAR-PARK DISPLAY PERMI (issued each June or when membership full) IN WINDSCREEN
- 23) Prospective Members as occasional guests ? - Please Ask - from September only . . .
- 24) DO NOT ENTER the fishery unless you take sole responsibilty & liability for your own health & safety
- 25) Adverse Weather Action Plan - make sure you read and follow the instructions in the AWA Plan
- 26) Braided lines are not allowed
- 27) You must be a fully paid up member before fishing - then pls enjoy at our discretion.
- IF IN DOUBT - PLEASE ASK
- IMPORTANT - you must take every avialbale measure to ensure the continued well-being of the fish & the fishery
- Please co-operate should established members request a tackle inspection in the interest of fish-health
- “Two Strikes” rule applies - do not join if cannot accept the rules.
- Fees not refunded if your permit is revoked.
